Our Prenatal Yoga Class offers a safe, restorative Yoga practice with Pranayams and Asanas which are appropriate for pregnancy. The class provides gentle exercise for pregnant women and stretches & tones the body in preparation for childbirth.
You can start Prenatal Yoga classes with us if you have your gynecologist’s permission to attend a Prenatal Yoga class and you are currently between week 14 to 24 of your pregnancy.
